BT was founded in 2017, but the experience behind the company goes back much further. Our team has spent decades in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, and industrial operations. We’ve been welders, builders, operators, and problem-solvers ourselves, and we understand the work because we’ve lived it. Over the years, we’ve continued investing in better systems, better people, and stronger capabilities to support our customers at a higher level. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted fabrication partner serving companies across the country.

From the beginning, we knew we didn’t want to become another mass-production manufacturer pushing out the same product over and over again. We wanted to build custom equipment that solved real problems for the people who depend on it every day.
The industries we serve operate in demanding environments where equipment failure isn’t an option. Our customers need solutions they can trust, built by people who understand what’s at stake and take pride in getting the details right.
That’s what we set out to build.
Today, BT manufactures hundreds of custom trailers each year while continuing to expand into skids, fabrication, and engineered equipment solutions. And with the opening of our new 80,000+ square foot facility, we’re entering a new chapter built around growth, capability, and long-term investment in the future of the company.

Our new 80,000+ square foot facility represents a major investment in the future of BT and the customers we serve.
Designed to increase efficiency, improve workflow, and expand production capacity, the facility gives our team the ability to take on larger and more complex projects while maintaining the level of quality and responsiveness our customers expect from us.
With overhead cranes, rotating fabrication stations, dedicated finish-out areas, indoor blast and paint facilities, and a dedicated custom fabrication division, the space was built to support long-term growth and strengthen every phase of production.
Just as important, bringing leadership, engineering, and production teams together under one roof allows for faster communication, stronger collaboration, and a more connected operation overall.

Our Process
Our operation is built around a comprehensive 72-point production process that guides each stage across sales, estimating, engineering, purchasing, fabrication, paint, finish-out, quality control, and delivery. Throughout the project, our team works closely with customers to ensure expectations stay aligned and communication remains clear at every step.
Quality is reinforced through five dedicated QC checkpoints across fabrication, welding, blasting, painting, and finish-out to help ensure every detail meets the standards we stand behind.
The end result is more than a finished product. It’s a process designed to create confidence, accountability, and a customer experience that feels thoughtful from beginning to end.
