A reservation holds your priority on our 2027 planning calendar. Your slot is locked when we receive a purchase order, and your price is guaranteed when we receive a down payment. We'll reach out at each materials-ordering checkpoint for your delivery window to confirm.
What is a 2027 production reservation?
A reservation lets us know what you’re planning for 2027 and gives your project priority on our production planning calendar. It helps our team anticipate capacity, engineering needs, materials, and your preferred delivery window. A reservation is not a purchase order and does not commit you to a purchase.
When is my production slot officially confirmed?
Your production slot is officially locked when BT Built receives your purchase order (PO). Until then, your reservation holds your priority on our 2027 planning calendar but does not guarantee a production slot.
When is my price guaranteed?
Your price is guaranteed when BT Built receives your required down payment.
Why can pricing change between a quote and purchase order?
Material and component costs can change over time, particularly when a project is being planned months in advance. Because a reservation does not require a purchase order or down payment, pricing may change before your order is finalized.
Once the required down payment is received, your price is guaranteed.
Does reserving an allocation commit me to a purchase?
No. Reserving your anticipated 2027 needs does not commit you to purchasing equipment. It gives BT Built visibility into your plans so we can begin preparing for your potential production needs.
Do I need final specifications before making a reservation?
No. If you have an idea of what you’ll need, how many units you’re considering, and approximately when you’ll need them, that’s enough to start. Quantities can be submitted as a range, and you can select “Not Sure Yet” if your delivery timing hasn’t been finalized.
What can I reserve 2027 production capacity for?
Reservations are available for custom trailers, engineered skids, and custom fabrication. If you have a project that falls outside those categories, tell us what you’re working on and our team can determine how we can help.
What happens after I submit my reservation?
Our team will review your anticipated needs and follow up to discuss your project, quantities, timing, and next steps.
What if I’m ready to place a purchase order now?
Select “I’m ready to submit a PO now” when completing the form. Our team can move directly into the next steps required to confirm your production slots.
Why should I reserve now if my plans aren’t final?
Early visibility helps us plan capacity, engineering, and materials around what our customers expect to need in 2027. You don’t need every detail figured out to start the conversation.
