Custom Trailers
Custom trailers are where much of our experience began and remain a core part of BT Built today. We engineer heavy-duty custom trailers around the requirements of the job, including load specifications, dimensions, axle configurations, operating environments, and specialized equipment.
Our trailer capabilities support applications across oil & gas, mobile power, over-the-road transportation, and specialized heavy-haul operations. The goal is simple: build the trailer around the work it needs to do.
Engineered Skid Systems
As the equipment our customers rely on has grown larger and more complex, so have our capabilities. BT designs and fabricates custom skid systems for heavy equipment and demanding industrial applications. Every skid is engineered around the specific equipment it supports, with careful attention to strength, stability, integration, transport requirements, and long-term performance.
From compact units to large-scale systems, we build around the application rather than asking the application to fit a standard design.
Industrial Fabrication
Sometimes our customers don’t need a complete piece of equipment, they need a fabrication partner who can help them build one.
BT provides custom industrial fabrication for frames, weldments, structural components, subassemblies, specialized parts, and other production needs. For manufacturers, outsourcing this work can also free up valuable people, floor space, and production capacity for final assembly.
Our team becomes an extension of theirs handling the custom fabrication so they can keep their operation moving.
Engineering and Custom Problem-Solving
The common thread across all three capabilities is customization. Our team works with customers from the early stages of a project to understand the application and develop the right solution. That can include engineering support, custom drawings, design collaboration, and even evaluating or reverse-engineering existing equipment.
